yes it's true - we are gradually becoming fans of the computer - who ever believed this would happen? big thanks to Becky at Mintpepper for helping us with all of it but bit by bit we are getting good at the techno-stuff. As well, of course, as already being good at the poetry!
the Australian Open tennis has stopped for a fireworks display - this wouldn't happen at Wimbledon! - Andy Murray should maybe have played yesterday, on Burns Night!
let's hope he wins and gives us some grins!

I’ve never heard of Australia Day, which was the reason for the fireworks. I just don’t understand why there would be a fireworks display, knowing that a tennis match is in progress. Sounds like someone wasn’t thinking. The fireworks probably could have been saved for ten or so minutes when a match was not in progress.
